Indoor sessions: Tree Room, Colchester
Outdoor sessions: Castle Park & Highwoods, Colchester
Programmes includes:
First 2 sessions: Initial assessment indoors at the Tree Room
Walk & Talk sessions outdoors during decent weather
Last 2 sessions: Review and ending sessions indoors
Length of support:
Usually 10-20 sessions depending on the individual needs
