Locations:

Indoor sessions: The Tree Room, Colchester

Outdoor sessions: Castle Park & Highwoods, Colchester

Length of support:

Usually 10-20 sessions depending on the individual needs

  • First 2 sessions: Initial assessment indoors at the Tree Room

  • Walk & Talk sessions outdoors during decent weather

  • Last 2 sessions: Review and ending sessions indoors
